Refund policy

Refunds & Returns Policy

At Zeyora, our utmost priority is ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our updated Refund and Return Policy.

Refunds or Exchanges

• We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

• Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• To be eligible for a refund (excluding shipping and handling fees), products must be returned by mail within 30 days of delivery.

• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• For returned items that affect free shipping eligibility, the deducted shipping and handling amount will correspond to the original purchase.

• Items that are returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.

Exchanges and Canceled Orders

• Exchanges will be processed for the same value as the original purchase.

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, orders cannot be canceled.

Shipping, Customs, and Lost Packages

• As we currently ship within the United States only, customs duties and import taxes do not apply.

• While we work with reliable shipping carriers, certain situations such as delays, loss, or damage during transit may be outside our direct control. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier for assistance.

• If the tracking status shows “Delivered,” customers are required to contact the shipping carrier. Zeyora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

• In the event of a lost package, please file a claim with your local carrier. Please also inform us, as we may be able to assist you with the claim.

• Refunds or exchanges are not possible during an ongoing credit card dispute.

Sale, Discounted, or Clearance Items

• Items marked as sale, discounted, or clearance are considered final sale and are non-refundable.

• Orders placed beyond the 30-day period are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

Items Damaged in Transit

In the event of a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide evidence of the damage, such as photographs or videos, to support your claim.

According to our terms and conditions, all damage claims must be submitted within this time frame. We reserve the right to reject claims for which sufficient evidence has not been provided.

We will carefully review your complaint and promptly contact you to find a suitable solution. Please note that we may request additional information or documentation to support your claim.

Product Information

Before making a purchase, please assess your needs and verify your measurements. All product information and descriptions—including sizes, length, width, height, languages, colors, and plug types—are clearly stated in our promotional materials.

Issues not related to the normal functioning of the product, such as incorrect size selection, language preference, color choice, or plug type, are not eligible for return or refund.

Please ensure that you fully understand the product specifications before completing your purchase.

Requirements for Full Refunds

To qualify for a full refund, the product must:

• Be in new, unaltered, and unused condition
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Be sealed in the original packaging and properly packed
• Be sent to the designated return center address

Shipping and Warranty Information

• All shipping fees, including secured shipping fees and warranties, become non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched or a tracking number has been issued.

• This policy becomes legally binding upon completion of the order process and applies to all transactions.

• If an address is incomplete or incorrect, or if clarification regarding delivery is required, our customer service team will contact customers via the email address provided during checkout.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing order updates before delivery is completed.

• Delays caused by a lack of response from customers may result in additional costs. We are not responsible for compensating such costs.

• Customers are responsible for monitoring updates regarding their order and responding promptly to communication from our support team.

• A tracking number will be provided once the shipment is ready. Customers are advised to monitor their delivery status regularly.

• If notified by the local courier to collect the parcel, customers should do so as soon as possible.

• Failure to collect the parcel within the allotted time may result in the parcel being returned to the local warehouse. Any additional shipping costs required for resending the parcel will be the customer's responsibility.

Warranty Information

• Each warranty applies to a single device and establishes a legally binding agreement between the purchaser and the warrantor. Warranty services are limited to repair or replacement according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.

• The warranty covers only the external casing of the device. Internal components or integral parts are not included.

• If replacement parts are required, customers will receive a quotation for the necessary components before repair.

• The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and continues for the specified duration.

• Damage caused by intentional misuse, negligence, or improper handling is not covered under this warranty.

Free Gift Eligibility for Returns, Refunds, and Deductions

Any free gifts provided with your purchase are offered as a complimentary addition and are not eligible for resale, returns, or refunds.

Free gifts are provided as a goodwill gesture and hold no cash value. They cannot be used as grounds for requesting a return or refund of the primary product.

If the main product is returned for a refund or exchange, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unused, and unopened condition.

If the free gift is not returned, or if it is returned used or damaged, the company reserves the right to deduct the full retail value of the free gift from the refund.

The retail value of the free gift will be determined based on the price displayed at the time of purchase or the current market value if no price is listed.

Attempting to resell a free gift is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action if it violates the company’s terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability for Secure Shipping

By selecting our secure shipping option, you acknowledge that while we take reasonable precautions to protect your shipment, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may still occur during transit.

Despite the additional secure shipping fee, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against loss, damage, or theft unrelated to proper delivery procedures.

Liability Cap: Compensation for transit incidents is limited to a maximum of 10% of the product value, based on the shipping carrier's terms and conditions.

We strongly recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance for valuable items.

Return Procedure

Include your order number in the subject line to confirm product eligibility.

In your email, please include:

• Item(s) you wish to return
• Your full name
• Associated email address
• Phone number
• Proof of purchase or receipt

Once approved, pack the item in its original packaging, include the delivery receipt with your order number, and send the package to the designated return center address.

Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received your refund:

Check your bank statement
Contact your credit card company (processing time may apply)
Contact your bank
